Ellen’s Best Tuna Salad

Ingredients

1 white or red onion, diced

1 can of albacore tuna in water or oil

1 tablespoon of ranch 

1 tablespoon of dill relish

1 teaspoon of salt and pepper 

1 teaspoon of dried oregano

1 teaspoon of sesame oil 

1 teaspoon of chili powder or flakes

1 tablespoon of diced scallion

Optional: 1 teaspoon of lemon juice


Pour the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Combine until thoroughly identical. Chill for two hours before serving. Stays fresh in the fridge for up to 3 days.
